2026-27 Tryout Schedule:

Here is the link to the sign-up sheet for tryouts! If you connected with the team prior to the orgs fair, we ask that you sign up for a Tuesday or early Wednesday slot.

Some rooms may be subject to change! Fill out our interest form here to stay updated.

• Saturday September 5 (2PM-4PM): Orgs Fair! @ Sev Green. Come meet the team and learn about mock trial, tryouts, and more. Ask any questions you may have to current members. 

• Monday September 7 (7PM-9PM): Info Meeting + Drop-in Hours! @ Clapp Library, room 226. Hear more about our tryout process and how our team functions.  Afterwards, get help with your tryout content from team members during drop-in hours.

• Tuesday-Wednesday September 8-9 (6PM-8PM): Drop-in Hours! @ Pendleton East 139 (September 8th) and Pendleton East 327 (September9th). Have current members review your content and get feedback about your performance. Team members are here to help with your content in any way possible. These sessions are highly recommended.

• Tuesday-Thursday September 8-10 (6:30PM-10PM): Tryouts!  @ Pendleton East 349 (September 8th) and Pendleton East 339 (September 9th-10th). Soon, we will release sign-ups for tryout spots (which are 15-minute time slots). We wish all who are trying out good luck!

Wellesley Mock Trial is open to students from all years and experience levels! Our tryout process is designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of mock trial/speech and debate experience! 

While we understand that this is a short timeline, we have many ways for you to get help with tryouts. Drop-in hours are a great way to get feedback and have any questions answered by members who also went through the tryout process. In no way do we expect perfection. Show us your personality and take risks!
